Account Recovery

Dear Kabam,
I'm pretty sure that I have the right email address for my kabam account because that email address has all of the billing recites sent to it. However, when I log into M.C.O.C. with that email it is an entirely different account. Can someone please explain why this is and why I can't get back my account.

    But then is there a way I can change the email of my account so that I can log into it?

    Well one thing I can tell you is you’re not supposed to post things like this in the forums (found out when I asked) all they’ll tell you is “not to share account information”(obvious) also you’ll get sarcastic comments as well
