I think there is a problem with gladiator hulk because he does not activates his face me on flare node of 5.1.1 which is a passive over. Time damage buff so please fix that

There actually exists a third kind of category of efffects that are not buffs/debuffs nor passive effects
Some degens are not consider passive DOT
I think bane is another
It’s incredibly dumb but that’s how the game roles sometimes

Voltolos

In the case of flare, bane and life transfer its not dumb at all. Flare isn't supposed to be countered by anything but itself, bane would make him unbeatable if he's placed on a bane node and life transfer already has regeneration attached
