Strange, in AQ I took a poison node on with Sentinel, he got poisoned? And opened a 5*

Something wrong with game, last AQ lost a Sentinel (poison immune) to a poison node, a node that didn’t effect my Void(not poison immune).
Now today, I opened a 5* and the 5k points do not show up Test of Cavalier event.
What is happening?
Does anyone know?

5* might be because the game diferentes from shard crystals and ones that you get “fully” or completed
