Which 5* champ to rank 5?

in Strategy and Tips
My main aim for rank up is (in given priority)
1. Completing Act 6.3 & 6.4
2. Eventually 100% Act 6
3. End game content like LOL/Abyss

Both Cap IW and Aegon are r4 and guillotine 2099 is r3 presently.
Plz poll for whom should I upgrade.

    Cap needs a higher sig and if you have aegon guilly won’t get much use

    Guilly has much more use than you guys think. I use G2099 daily and aegon only for extremely long paths

    Guys let's not forget the primary requirement is act 6.3 & 6.4
