What’s the point of duplicate champs other than wasting time ?

Capt marvel classic / ms marvel
Both magnetos ( minus the aar % difference)
Both daredevils ?
Og cap America and ww2 also have very minor differences not enough to justify a separate champ alltogether , considering how diverse and unique any champ should be


What I can think right now , maybe there are more !

I mean they are exactly the same with different skins ? Why did kabam Do this other than to cause pain to the player base , slow progression and serve major agony if you pull a 6* version ?

The same crystals that pull us these meaningless champs and then dupe them could be used to pull something more meaningful?

    Perhaps to attract new player? Like kabam used to duplicate same champ with different skin to character that famous in movie ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ

    It was a quick way to add more champions.

    You know I agree partly..some champs are just useless duplicates of useless champs.
