Red hulk was evading me even when i had above 15 tactical charges with Nick Fury, is this supposed to happen?

    LOL evade is different than normal evade something to do with the AA I believe that it can’t be reduced not sure about the specifics but all I know is that some things do work lol tru strike but other dont

    It's pretty inconsistent. Like you said, Nick Fury can be evaded even when above 15 charges. I'm fairly certain KM with True Strike active can also be evaded. However, they seem to be unable to passively evade IMIW's repulsor hits. I saw "evade failed" called out against LOL Starlord on a number of occasions while testing IMIW.

    I'm not sure I've ever seen a comprehensive list of what can and can't be evaded. Ghost's guaranteed crits? Emma in Telepath form? Heimdall with an active true strike buff? Who knows?
