KO not registering in 5.2.5; invincible quake

My 4/55 Quake won't die playing 5.2.5. I fought BP and closed the game before I almost died, because I'd rather have a good run on low health than a bad run on high health, and when I logged back in her health remained the same in the pre-fight display but halved during the fight. But after having her die twice, she somehow is revived with halved health before she died. Don't want to get banned for a juicy bug. Would love feedback.
