    He benefits from his awakened ability and a high sig, it's not necessarily needed though. I wouldn't rank him up too high.

    What do u mean "Should I download A Silver Surfer" Im guessing rank him up, and if so I tbh wouldn't rank him uless for prestige, many better cosmics in the cosmic class, and he does not need a dupe

    I recently pulled a 4-Star Silver Surfer and I am excited since I felt Cosmic-Class might be my weakness. Even with Angela (Non-Awakened) Gamora (Awakened) Hyperion (Non-Awakened) plus Vision Aarkus (Non-Awakened) I feel as though Silver Surfer could possibly be considered an upgrade to Gamora based on some of his unique features like multiple Immunities that cause Damage De-Buffs and Phasing Ability which grants Miss for a little over 1 second to possibly help with blocking Special Attacks and lastly Unblockable which can trigger via Special 2.

    Still stuck on Act 4 Chapter 3 Finale with Venom and someone actually suggested that Silver Surfer does well against Venom Boss? I'd suppose Rank 4 unless Awakened would seem like the best bet. Seems like his weaknesses are Nullify/Energy Absorb or Resistance and possibly Reduced Offense Ability Accuracy.
