Iceman after L3 don't recover ice armor

This happened to my iceman in two aqs and one aw. After loosing my ice armor i launched and L3 to recover it but nothings happened and didn't recover it during the match. Please fix it

    What is your device type? Who were you facing? Why can I not just go try using Iceman myself?

    I'm sorry to say that I've actually seen this stuff happen on multiple occasions. Someone will report a problem but not give their model type, 85 people will agree and give their varying model types (proving that it's a problem across all devices), and the mod will come in and ask the user for their model type without passing it on to the game team. Then, the guy answers within five minutes, and the mod never returns. I hope it doesn't happen now.
