Hulkbuster get buffed??

I decided to rank up my 5 star HB to rank 4. because he is at sig lvl 120, My highest sig 5 star. Now i did this like a month ago for the laughs and giggles. Back when the 5 star crystals came out, when everyone else was pulling starlord, etc. I kept pulling HB or rhino. When does his buff come out?? i hope it is the same in the beta, i just hope he is immune to some effects.
