Why doesn't Vision has Phasing power like Ghost, Hood and Guillotine 2099??

In the movie Age of Ultron vision can phase through his opponents. Why can't do it in game then? Who else wants Vision (Age of Ultron) to be buffed with added ability of Phasing?

    It would be nice if he gets this buff and also his introduction in the 5 and 6 star pool

    He does kind of phase, even if it's just during his animation.

    Believe it or not, that used to be a mechanism he had to shrug off debuffs:
    "Vision’s Physical Disruption: Added a minor Power Burn effect due to “his” use of his Infrared Beam. “He” also now purges all status effects while phasing through the ground."

    I'm not sure when that ability was removed, bit it would be nice to see it come back.
