New update crash.

Hi guys, after the new update it took 5 attempts to load in, all I get now is once the game loads the background fades out like something is going to pop up but nothing does and I can't do anything at all. Deleted the game and reloaded it and it's still the same?
Tried everything at my end but it's the same thing.

    I’m having the same problem. Using an iPhone7+. Never had an issue like this before.

    Hey there, I would first recommend going through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you are using. If the issue still persists after that, I would recommend sharing the details requested in the iOS or Android performance issues thread.
