Nebula Fix??

Was it intended that the fix for Nebula also change that the shock charge timer reset when being struck? If so change it back. Also change gambit so his charges keep charging when being struck. I see no reason why the timer is reset when being hit while blocking to charge this up the characters are horribly unusable against aggressive AI.

Heck gambit would benefit from getting the same consistency charge on all stacks like Nebula! RN sure he has POTENTIAL damage similar to storm but it takes WAAAAAAAAAAY to long with WAAAAAAAY to much luck involved to get anything above 6 most times
