Game is lagging

I have experienced lags/ glitches so many times now that i m here to express it ! In the middle of fight, game gets stunned(😂) ...yes..by stunned i mean..game pausing for a second while attacking the opponent and when comes back, opponents strikes back with sp attacks without any bar of power
