Suggestions on what content to attempt next

Hi, I can't decide what to try next. I'm not sure what my roster and skill (average-good) are capable of doing. I'm uncollected and I was thinking about either continuing to complete Chapter 5 or attempting a Variant quest. Fully exploring Chapter 5 acts 1 and 2 would be easy but I'd rather try something different.
I haven't completed any Variant quests yet. Which Variant is the easiest or does that depend on my roster? I have Sentinel and Warlock, would they be enough to complete Polar Opposites?
I have lots of revives expiring in my stash as well as about 2k units. I'm looking for opinions because I'd hate to jump into something, make it far or to the boss, then find out I need a certain champ or abilities to actually finish it after having wasted resources getting there and not being able to finish.
So, looking at my roster what do think I have the best chance at completing?
