Upon reaching 10 charges the typhoon node states it will remove 100% power.
Vs ogv I was also taken instantly from 60% health roughly 18,000hp to dead.
Typhoon doesn’t say anything about damage so I’m assuming it’s the power burn damage he inflicts w special attacks bugging out. Intended? Unlikely but curious.

    It's still the node. It does damage based on the amount of power you have in that moment.

    Tip: When about to get the 10th charge, be sure to have no power in that moment. The damage dealt will be close to nothing

    From Typhoon, "At 10 Charges, the Attacker is Power Burned". Power Burn does damage. Otherwise, it's a Power Drain.
