Defense tactics?

My alliance just moved up to tier 5 in AW and I’ve been reading up on defense tactics. The one thing we can’t figure out... where do we select our tactic? My officers can’t seem to find it anywhere. Is it really obvious? Is it probable we got matched with a tier 6 alliance?

If tactic isn't where shown above you are facing a tier 6 opponent. Be thankful you get an easier war with greater multiplier.
