I ranked my 4* Version maxed out.
I got Sparky and cmm on my Team.
When i came to ultron i wanted to learn Him a bit, before i go in with Loki. Turns out that He didn't get any screen time. Sparky and Sparkles did the Job with no effort.

I have beaten the 5.4.6 Ultron boss using a 2* loki in under 50 hits. Medusa is also good, but it may be harder to pick up the armor shattered while he gets buffs for every armor break.

Void Medusa and CAIW all fare much better. CAIW because he can throw a heavy attack for the entire stun duration so Ultron can’t evade, Void because he shuts down the two bad buffs with petrify, Medusa because duh, and if you wanna get real fancy, Try playing CAIW with another science, a cosmic, and a tech (all the debuff team synergies) and do it in 0 hits and a whole lot of parries

If you have a proxima then that fight is more like an arena fight too easy 3 missions one shot and he doesn't proc any buffs from her parries because of -200 ability accuracy while blocking.
