Loading Problem

Why is it that after a specific match the game tends to take so long to load. I was just fighting kang and took him down with star-lord and it took like 10 minutes to load. I then exit out because the app would not load and I knew it wasn't my bad connection because the game loaded normally starting up. Then it says match recovered when I finished it and then I died to. Ya'll gotta fix that problem cause it wasn't my connection it was the game not wanting to load.
