Error or bug in helping system of arena

I was playing arena and used my 5* champs and then send help to my alliance so that my champs get free or renew fast rather it take 7 hour .
I send it and there were many member active that time and 5 member help me but when I check my champ there was still timer for renew.
And my champ didnt renew.

Pls fix this bug ASAP.
