Archangel poison

For those of you who uses archangel often, does his poison have the same effect as petrify against healing opponents? The description says that each poison reduces healing by 30 percent, so theoretically, if we have more than 3 poisons on the opponent, they should be healing negatively right? Has anyone done it?

I think it reduces regen rate by 30% of the new regen value meaning it is multiplicative instead of additive. kinda like VTD And His stacking buffs Penalty
Ex) if I have 3 poisons and at base I regen 100 health a tic the first poison brings It to 70 then the next to will reduce it to 49( since 30% of 70 is 21) and so on
: so I fought my allie mates Drdoom he healed for 86 per tick with a debuff with 1 point in despair so it’s around 90ish
So I had to get 12 poisons to get it to only regen 1 hp
Note this is 360% of reduced regen.....but wait it isn’t (dun dun duuunn)
At 15 I saw two sets of red numbers so maybe it’s possible if I had more in despair it would probably be a bit easier
Seems strange since at base value it should be stronger than caps petrify
Okay so this is my third addition to this ( I don’t want to spam edit since it’ll be removed and wait for approval plus I can’t “spam post”)
So I think the wording makes it different because petrify says “reduces regeneration and power gain rate by x%” while poison says:” reducing their health recover by 30%”
So I think “rate” Refers to the base value where it gets “subtracted” From the original value
So the rate at which you regenerate
So if you heal for 100 Per tick and have caps petrify with no despair you’ll do the following:
1 petrify: healing for 75 per tick
2 petrify: healing for 50 per tick and so on until 4 where you get 0% regen rate with despair you’ll push it to the negatives allowing for “negative regen “
While “health recovery” refers to the actual health recovered at that specific moment kind
So I think it’s just math
Unless your AA is unduped he shouldn’t worry about this I think
If he’s poisoning then he’s bleeding the opponent anyway allowing for neurotoxins plus he debuffs so much that despair can heal block in a way
