Can we expect some more variants this year?

There have been no mentions of variants this year and I was thinking we would of had one in May, but it appears not. Given that we had 3 last year the pace of creating these certainly seems to be slowing or stopped all together.

Can we get some insight into the future of variants?

they were slowed because of the global situation, they will give us more info as soon as possible

While I'm looking forward to a V5, I'm more than happy with the amount of content we are getting... often released faster than anyone expected.
The Abyss caught everyone by surprise.
The Book 2 beta has also been announced months ahead of expectations. 🙃

I'm quite excited for the next variant which will most likely be centered around bleed champs. (Blood and Venom w/Guilly, Venom, and Elektra) The one after that will be a Mercenary variant most likely. (Luke Cage and Daredevil Netflix)
