Tough rank up decision

So I have quite a few champs to choose from to rank up to 5* r5 or 6* r2, as follows:
6*s, unawakened: Domino, Ghost
5*s, awakened: Medusa, Hype, Blade, Stark Spidey, Void
Or I could wait for Aegon, Doom, Warlock etc.
I know Ghost is insane, but my skill isn't quite there yet with her, though I'm working on that. I am looking to complete a couple of the Variants next, then Act 6
Any opinions are welcome
