'Sell' button removal.

'Sell' button for selling champion in game is pretty much usless. Almost no one use it. As there is no point of selling champion cause you get crystal shards. Iso-8, gold, awakening and Sig lvls. And that is 100 times better than selling champ. And thus almost no one use it.
Sell button should exist only in emergency case for all 1-6 star champion as it was for namor and Cull obsidian. So if kabam nerf (re-balance) any champion in future and users don't like it and want to get all resources back wether Catalysts gold, awakening gems, Sig stones, etc. Then they can sell it.
Otherwise game normally should not have sell button in general.
Hence Remove the sell button
