Fairly new, active player looking for alliance to grow with

I'm a fairly new player, having only played a few months, but I'm looking for an active, friendly alliance to play in and grow with. If an active and reasonably sized alliance wouldn't mind having me as a member, message me here or in game (preferably in-game) My rating is about 17k, with plenty of room to grow. Just need an alliance to do it with.

I also don't have line but I can get it.
