Improvement for Encroaching Stun Node

Hey guys,
I personally don't like the Encroaching Stun Node. I like the idea of this node, but I don't like the implementation. (perhaps I'm to stupid for this node
)
Here is the node Description:
"Every X seconds the Attacker becomes Stunned for X seconds, unless they are performing a Special Attack when the timer expires."
In a fight you see the grey timer and when it's near the end you have to activate your special attack. When you have you Special Attack 1 or 2 active, it's easier, because when you activate your SP and the timer expires before your special attack ends the timer refreshes. When your SP 3 is active, I personally think you have to be lucky, that the Special refreshes the timer.
Here is my suggestion:
For example the Node Description is like this:
Every 20 seconds the Attacker becomes Stunned for X seconds, unless they are performing a Special Attack when the timer expires.
So you see the grey Timer for 18.5 seconds. When the Timer expires the stun debuff have a delay of 1.5 seconds before fully activating. When you activate your Special Attack in this time frame the timer refreshes. This is like voids Intimidating Presence Debuffs mechanism.
But I think so it's clear when you can refresh the timer and when not.
