Google play balance incorrect

I added money to my Google account. The balance on Google play is correct in Google play store but in game it has old balance and will not update. I've force stopped the game the app restarted my phone but still no updated correct balance. Anyone else have same issue and know resolution to it.

    Submitted support ticket but know spring cleaning event will be done before they look at it.

    If your Google play balance is showing correctly in the store then it should still allow you to buy the deals

    Says insufficient funds and asks for credit card PayPal or other payment options.

    I can't purchase anything in germany When language is Set to english.
