Void fear not working possibly

Hey school me fellas. I’ve noticed my void is not working the way he used to but it might not be a bug might just be Ability accuracy reduction in this case. I have 1 point in despair mastery, and when I get to 2 stacks of petrify a heal reversal although small on oml in lol works, but then he hits fear. And nothing. Am I tripping or is fear not working properly. I’ve noticed it on a few occasions but thought maybe nodes etc but possibly could be a bug. Let me know your thoughts

    Its working as intended.
    Despair interacts with debuffs, and fear of the void is a passive ability. You would need additional petrify debuffs on top of fear of the void to get any reversal in healing
