I'm looking for a possible Tech-Class Champion alternate for my selected Champion Team. Currently I am using Dark-Hawk (Rank4/Signature Ability) although I recently pulled Yondu and believe he might be a possible option based on his well-balanced abilities? My Tech-Class is lacking so I probably wouldn't mind a couple more Tech Champions for the future. Vision has not seen much usage too - should he become a priority over Yondu for his incredible Power Drain/Lock Abilities versus Champions that require their Special Attack?

    Go for it he is a heal block damage and power control champ for power control use sp2 and opponent will generate 70% less power(not sure) and for high damage and heal block use sp3
