Having seen the aegon scores I really am not surprised but I do think that it's not an ideal situation that the majority of people cannot grind for a 5 star champion, I know people will say you can if you have enough units but realistically you can't grind for a 5 star champion without having a massive roster. So here's how I would change it...
Have a league system based on account size. So take the 5 star arena you could have 4 leagues, the bottom league under 500k rating can only grind the milestones and for 5 star shards, the next league 500-800k can grind the champion and some 5 star shards, the premium league 800-1.2mil, can grind the champion and 5 and 6 star shards, and the elite league 1.2 mil plus can grind the champion and even more 5 and 6 star shards. You could make it so that only the top 50 in each league or top 75 get the champion. Just my thoughts
