I got 5* silver surfer and took him r4 but he is unduped atm. should i r5 him?

On behalf of @lowlevelplayer, dew it. Awaken him if you need prestige, otherwise he’s good to go as is. Get the rotations down and he has some nice damage output. Good for lifecycle nodes.

His awakened ability increases the potency of buffs, up to 50% increased potency at max sig. it is definitely helpful.
I would take him to R5, but I would say that there are better options. It depends on you're needs and who else you have.
