Changes to Defense Tactic: Flow

Summoners,
With the end of Season 17 of Alliance Wars, we will be making the following changes to the Flow Defense Tactic.
- Power Gain is removed on a Well-Timed Block, instead of when the Defender is Stunned.
The Node Information will now read:
Critical Strikes against #Control Defenders grant a Passive Power Gain, causing them to gain X% of their Max Power over 15 seconds. If the Attacker performs a Well-Timed Block, the Power Gain is Removed. Max: 3 Stacks.
This goes into effect Wednesday, May 6th.
