With Act 6 & 7 really focusing on gating through specific paths that require a specific champ that has counters, most people, that lack the requisite champs are basically in a holding pattern until they eventually pull a counter and then rank that counter up.

How about introducing some targeted boosts. ie. "Incinerate Immunity' for 60 min, so that now, I can take a Domino into an incinerate path and crush! This creates a consumable that doesn't persist or overpower for too long, and would be applicable to just about every aspect of the game (Story mode, AQ, AW and Incursions).

A few ideas:

- The Unburnt (incinerate immunity)
- Skin Sealer (bleed reduction to 0)
- Freezer burn (frostbite + incinerate)

- Bleeder (basic hits have a 25% chance to bleed)
- Unstoppable (go unstoppable for 10 seconds after any special attack)

If these attributes can be added to nodes, it should be fairly easy to add them to a boost item?

This might help breathe some life into some of the older champs, and make the game more fun. These can be super rare and valuable, so as not to flood the market, so people treat them like the precious resource they are. This adds layers of complexity to the game, and arguably more depth.
