Indefinite loop with customer support

Hello, I contacted support as I was unable to recall my kabam id email that I used for my account "The dandy" I emailed in and asked if I would be able to get that information and the rep said, yes if I answered some security questions. I answered all the questions; account name, account creation date, first two purchases (both monetary value and date). I know the answers were correct as I went through my game center account to verify them. However, I was unable to answer the last question, what email is attached to the kabam id? This is where the loop starts. They keep asking for the email in order to verify ownership, but if I knew the email, I wouldn't need to verify ownership. Is there anything else that can be done?
