NOT GETTING RESPONSES FROM KABAM SUPPORT

Hi, I submitted a case ticket #05471271 5/5/20 to get reimbursement for units that were accidentally spent by my 3 year old son, but the kabam support team still haven’t responded or refund me the units. I like playing the game, but trying to get support from kabam has been challenging. I would like to see if @Kabam Miike can assist me with getting this resolve. Is this happening to anyone else?

The moderation team does not have access to in game accounts. For account specific issues, please continue to contact the support team as they are better equipped to advise in this situation. You can contact our Support Team by clicking HERE.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact them from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
If you receive a response which you feel doesn't address your concerns, simply respond to the email to request further help.
