Here's my buff idea for Falcon, Juggernaut, and Wolverine. Tell me your thoughts!

Okay. Here's my idea for some champs that needs buff.

Falcon
Signature Ability:
Exo-8
•Redwing begins each fight ready to go. Additionally, Redwing's duration lasts 2 seconds longer and provides an additional  25% Critical Damage Rating if the opponent's health is below 15%(30% Max SA lvl) when Redwing is active.
•When Redwing is active, if the last hit was a medium attack, 100%(Max SA lvl) to inflict Stun debuff on the opponent for 2.5 seconds seconds. (Only triggers once per Redwing activation)

Abilities:
Redwing
•Dodge back and hold back for 2 seconds to release Redwing for 10 seconds. Redwing sees everything from the top and helps Falcon to fight his opponent. While Redwing is active, Falcon cannot miss and attacks provides X Critical Rating.

Passive
Eye In The Sky:
If Falcon wins the fight while Redwing is active, it can reveal the nearest hidden enemy on the map.

Passive:
Combat Awareness:
•If Falcon misses an attack, he gains +17% Physical Resitance for 5 seconds. (Does not stack)
•If the opponent is bleeding or incinerated, Falcon can strike with Critical Hits even while the opponent is blocking.
•When Falcon's combo meter is above 15, he has an X% chance to inflict Bleed on the opponent, lasting 5 seconds.

Passive:
•Redwing lasts 20% longer to Science champions and lasts 20% shorter to Mutant champions.

Passive:
•Falcon sends out Redwing to Scout for his teammates and provide intel. Each of Falcon's synergies provides an additional 10% Physical Resistance penetration and 70 Critical Damage Rating.

Special Attack 1
•75% chance to inflict Bleed, dealing X direct damage over 8 seconds. If the opponent is stunned or bleeding, attack has an X% Critical Rating. Bleed lasts 55% longer if Redwing is active.

Special Attack 2
•This Attack is a Critical Hit. Multiply Falcon's combo meter to 150(depends on Falcon's Star Rating) plus Falcon's Damage. If Falcon has no combo meter, this Attack has fixed X% Physical Damage. If the opponent is suffering from a Stun or Bleed debuff, it ignores Physical Resistance. Drains all the opponent's power and inflicts Power Lock for 10 seconds if Redwing is active.

Special Attack 3
This attack Incinerates the enemy, dealing X Energy Damage over 10 seconds. 100% chance to inflict an Armor Break debuff, reducing Armor Rating by X for 10 seconds. If Redwing is active, removes Perfect Block Chance and reduces Block Proficiency by 50% for 10 seconds.

Synergies:

On Your Left
▪Captain America IW: Gains a passive 10% Physical Resistance. Additionally, Fury lasts 10% longer.
▪Captain America WWII: Increase Bleed Potency by 10%
•Increase Critical Rating by X if the opponent suffers from bleed debuff. •Increased Perfect Block chance by 14%
•Opponent's special Attack's Damage are reduced by 25% when Blocking.
▪Captain America: Increase Stun Potency by 10%
•Increased Critical Rating by if the opponent suffers from Stun debuff. •Increased Perfect Block chance by 14% •Opponent' Special Attack's Damage are reduced by 25% when Blocking.
▪Falcon: Redwing's cooldown is reduced by 10%

Falcon and The Winter Soldier
▪Falcon: +6% Bleed Debuff Potency
▪Winter Soldier: Bullet Penetration: Weapons has increased Damage by 10% and ignores 10% Block Proficiency.

Machine Friends
▪Iron Man and Superior Iron Man: Heavy Attacks inflict X Armor Break and reduces Block Proficiency by X for 10 seconds.
▪War Machine: When below 1 Power Bar, increase Power Rate by X% and Attack Rate by X%
•Special Attack's Debuffs still inflicts even while the opponent is Blocking. Additionally, Debuffs last 2 seconds longer.

Tic-Tac
▪Ant-Man: Plus 10% Physical Resistance.
•Gains Precision for 8 seconds when triggering Glance.
▪Falcon: +10% Block Proficiency when fighting against Science Champions.

Other Friends
▪Skarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Black Panther CW
+70 Critical Rating and 60 Armor Rating.


Wolverine
Signature Ability
Feral Rage
•This Ability starts with 20 seconds cooldown at the beginning of the fight. Whenever struck by Critical Hits for 20 times or striking the enemy with Critical Hits for 20 times, gain a Passive Fury Buff, granting +85% Attack Rating(Max SA lvl) and 10% Physical Resistance over 10 seconds.
•While Feral Rage is active, Wolverine has 80% chance to inflict Bleed debuff for 5 seconds even while the opponent's blocking.
•Wolverine's adamantium claws pierces through Armors. While Feral Rage is active, ignores opponent's Block Proficiency and Armor Rating by 50%(Max SA lvl) for 10 seconds.
•Wolverine's Rage makes his Special Attacks Unblockable.

Passive
Cellular Regeneration
•When the opponent lands a successful Dash, Medium, Heavy Attack, or a Special Attack with a Critical Hit, Wolverine has 45% chance to recover 85% Health based on the damage dealt by the opponent over 12 seconds. Cellular Regeneration cannot trigger again until it ends. This effect stops if Wolverine gets hit by Critical Hits 3 times.

Passive
Healing Factor
•When the opponent lands a Critical Hit or when Wolverine lands a Critical Hit, has a 16% chance to regenerate X Health for 4 seconds. Does not stack.

Passive
Adamantium Claws
•Wolverine's Critical Hits lacerate the opponent with an 80% chance, inflicting X Bleed Damage over 5 seconds.

•Lovers
▪Wolverine: +5% Cellular Regeneration Potency and Feral Rage starts with 15 seconds cooldown instead.
▪Cyclops Red and Blue team: Gains Passive Fury Buff, increasing Attack Rating by 30% when Phoenix's HP is below 45% or when she's dead. Additionally, laser attacks becomes Unblockable.
▪Phoenix: Maximum Fury buffs increased to 15. Starts the fight with 5 Fury Buffs.

•Teammates
▪Unst. Colossus: Plus 5% Fury Potency and 10% Physical Resistance.
•Has an 80% chance to shrug off Debuffs when Unstoppable triggers.
▪Storm: +15% Attack Rate for each power bar level.
▪Beast: Successful Special Attacks recovers Health by 20% based on the Damage he dealt on the opponent.

•Admirer
▪Deadpool: Critical Hits has an 82% to inflict Bleed debuff, dealing Bleed Damage by X over 4 seconds. Additionally, when Deadpool is not taking Damage from his opponent for 3 seconds, he regenerates 1% of his current HP for 3 seconds.
▪Wolverine: Increase Bleed Potency by 2%

Juggernaut
Signature Ability
I'm The Juggernaut!!
•Stun Immunity when Unstoppable.
•When becomes Unstoppable, 100%(Max SA lvl) chance to gain a Passive Fury Buff, increasing his Damage by 20% until Unstoppable ends.
•While Unstoppable, Juggernaut's Dashing Attacks and Medium Attacks have +10% Damage Rate and has 10% Power Burn. Power Burn still inflicts even while the opponent is Blocking.
•While Unstoppable, Fatigue, and Exhaustion still inflicts even while the opponent is Blocking.
•While Unstoppable, Heavy Attacks has a 100%(Max SA lvl) chance to inflict Armor Break, reducing Armor Rating by X for 8 seconds.
•Successful Special Attacks inflict Heal Block for 10 seconds.
•If 'Don't Piss Me Off' triggers while Juggernaut is Unstoppable, has a 90%(Max SA lvl) chance to become Unblockable until Unstoppable ends.

Passive
Cyttorak grants Juggernaut X increased Armor Rating. Additionally, he starts the fight with Unstoppable Buff for 3.50 seconds.

Passive
Juggernaut's Helm
Juggernaut's helm has telepathic immunity, providing him Reversed Controls immunity.

Heavy Attacks
•100% chance Stagger the opponent for 8 seconds.

Dashing Attacks and Medium Attacks
•If landed successfully, has 55% chance to inflict Fatigue and Exhaustion on the opponent for 6 seconds. Does not stack.

Unstoppable
•Juggernaut becomes Unstoppable for 3.50 seconds each time he uses a Special Attack. Unstoppable Buff resets its time if  'Don't Piss Me Off' triggers.
 
Don't Piss Me Off!!
•Whenever Juggernaut misses an Attack for 6 times or whenever the opponent's combo meter reaches 25, 50, 75 and so on.. gains a Passive Unstoppable Buff for 3.50 seconds.

Synergies
•Rivals
▪Colossus: Gains an additional Permanent Armor Buff.
▪Juggernaut: Has 80% to shrug off Debuffs when Unstoppable triggers.
▪Unst. Colossus: Gains permanent 5 Armor buffs, increasing Armor Rating by X for each Armor buff.
•When below 15%HP, gains X% Power Rate and attacks are Unblockable.
•Gains Stun Immunity when Unstoppable triggers.

    I don't think Wolverine needs a rework, he is OK as is. I really like Falcon's rework idea though, and in my opinion Juggernaut would be too good with those abilities. Also, by miss an attack do you mean they actually miss due to invisiblity, or like you dash attack and the opponent evades?

    Thanks. Yeah. Whenever opponent evades his attack. Any kind. Miss due invisibility will trigger that.

    Juggernaut could be great with 2 simple changes: Give him stagger on crit like The Hood. Increase fury chance to 20%, and allow them to stack.

    I don't know why they don't do more simple buffs like this. JUst a quick buff to update the champs for current meta. No testing needed and just a quick change of numbers to add more viable champs. These long buff reworks at this rate will be 1 a year.
