Incursions top zone reward bug

Laban said that the incursion top zone reward can be earned by completing rooms and it will claim itself but I got bugged in these when I completed sector 5 and 6 till room 8 and 6 but I did not get the reward claimed it shows I have only 700 incursion artifacts. At first I have 700 incursion artifacts only after completing it shows 700.

Did you already claim the top zone rewards once before? Or is this your first time playing incursions this month? Cause top zone rewards only refresh every month

I didnt played it ever and it is the first time play and I did have 5950 artifact and got 2250 in milestone and I opened a 4 star crystal and got Luke cage then remained 700 artifacts
