171 champs need the right to choose

I have been playing this game for 4 years now i still dont have those chaps which were out on 2016 like hyperion , archangle , star lord ,as a 5* and NOT TO TELL ABOUT OTHER GOD TEIR I DONT HAVE . This sucks. Kabam always talk about that the crystals and its pulls are based on algorithms. Well the algorithm sucks. Let me tell you why . So there is a friend of mine who's in the same level around as me, but he has all the god tier except for ghost and doom . In 5/6* range. And never even been on 10% on the basic arena . Where as me from basic 4* arena i grinded blade , arc angle , crovus , star lord, nick furry , aegon , hyperion gullotine 2099 and many more but I NEVER GOT THOSE CHAMPS ON 5* CRYSTALS . So what good is ur algorithm for, If it cant determines what the champions we should give to a players according to which 4* he uses and giving him that champions
as a 5* after 6-10 crystals pop out.So that he can progress in the game. it is somtimes INSULTING, when you see ppl who never even came 10% on a 4* basic arena have those champions as 5* just by opening a random crystals. Its a big joke on our face. And yes hes also cavalier as me so there is no progression difference . Nd my last few pulls 30k shards wasted on twice duped hela, ryhno, nd iron man(2015).

We really need a right to choose. A quest or a specific basic 5*arena with top 10%having a chance to have that champion.
