Roster Advice #1000?

So this is probably the thousandth roster advice post on the forum, but it's my first one for my whole roster (well, my whole 4 star and 5 star roster). So I have just finished Act 4 and I am of course setting my sights on Act 5 in the long-term future but I am also attempting to clear master - and failing. My current team is Wasp, Domino, Sparky, Guilly 2099 and Hype (although I sometimes use Sym Supreme. Any advice?
