Both Visions broke still

Both of the visions are broken still even after the 15.0 update u said they would be fixed in. Now they some times power drain and some time do damage but never both at the same time. I'd send a video but I'm not that tech savvy. It's been this way for them for about a month now. This really sucks since they're a widely used hero that is basically unreliable now. Please fix this
