Does Killmonger's attack rating increase while true strike is active, I have seen an increase in crits though but still not sure.

    True strike ignores armor/resistences, and therefore he will inflict more damage.
    His sginature ability gives him a boost in attack rating if both True Strike and Reverberation are active
