would you post scheduled maintenance, and completion, in the forum? like it usually posts for emergency maintainance

^^^^ This. Plus it's on the same schedule every month. Always on a Tuesday and always at the same time.

an alert during scheduled maintenance, like emergency, would let you know when maintenance is completed, outside ingame, so you can continue playing

It's pretty standard for it to last 2 hrs. Not hard to keep track of.

pretty sure scheduled maintenance stopped for awhile, until resuming a month or so ago. it could run 30 min, up to multiple hours

No. At the very least it's once a month.
