Is maxing out 4 star warlock worth it?

So I just pulled a 4 star warlock from 4 star crystal. Should I rank up him? don't know. But I also have some good champions like 4 star venom the duck, Captain Marvel(Movie) , Symbiote Supreme, Sabre tooth, Doctor Voodoo, Mister fantastic, Quake, Dormammu, OG Thor and Massacre. Which Champion should I work with? Please help. (All these champs are 4 star)

    Warlock = never worry about Sinister, Havok or out of control regenning bosses again.
    Useful for immunities too.
