Issue of quest restarting on its own

So, I have been experiencing an issue where I'm the new event quest when I get to the boss and I wait to get more energy, after like 5 minutes the quest restarted on its own. And now all my energy was a waste and I was at the beginning of the quest. KABAM PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE, this isn't the only time that happened to me, it's the third time so PLEASE FIX THIS KABAM

    Also I don't think it's my phone's problem, the same thing happened to my friend
