Mr. Fantastic's Sp2 Not Re-Triggering Pre-Fight Debuffs on Fisticuff Node

Exactly as the title says; noticed today during Variant 1, 3.3, that Mr. Fantastic in not applying his selected pre-fight debuffs on fisticuff global node when he uses his sp2. His special attacks instead are unblockable as if no pre-fights were selected, however his persistent charges are still being consumed.

    Sure, here's some pictures for context.
    This is Mr. Fantastic against Variant 1 final boss Ultron. I've selected his all of his pre-fight abilities which will not trigger at the beginning of the fight due to fisticuffs node (no buffs or debuffs for the first 15 seconds). As per MF's abilities, I should be able to use a sp2 to apply the debuffs however you can see that his special attack is unblockable, meaning the fight has him registered as not using any pre-fight abilities (even though his charges have been consumed).
