Tech rank up advice please

I have a tech 4-5 gem, and these champs at 5/65: Warlock, Ghost, Sentinel.

I did the HB beta and really dug that champ, and I know the he might be released in a sterilized form, so I get that. Question is if he remains as he was in the beta, would you consider to HB to rank 5 over Stark Spidey?

If he remains as is I would, when you have ghost sparky will hardly see the light of day, since both have crit focused damage, ghost has good which lets her deal with scenarios like all or nothing better than sparky, she can phase through specials to replace the evade and she also has tons of other stuff, hb is a bit more unique and will have more uses in a fairly developed roster

I’d still go with Starky
