How to make Alliance war better

Why can’t kabam make every season of AW different in the sense of what star champs to use? Like one season we can only use 4 stars another 2 the following regular and so forth I really believe alternating AW in this manner will make the game a lot more enjoyable as well as utilizing all champions on your roster
