Emma! She doesn't need her dupe or synergies. She has so many immunities in diamond form and she's very easy to play. Her sp2 with 10 prowess charges when it crits does crazy damage, and all her sp attacks ignore armour. Prowess is easy to build as well, every crit in telepath gives temporary prowess charges that are refreshed when you add another stack. In diamond form its every parry, up to 5. She has taunt on her heavy in telepath form and she can't be evaded so useful for spiderverse characters when venom can't be used e.g. on buffet node.
And she's also useful on defence

Namor because he is a beast and when he has 4 furies then 50k per medium but emma has utilities , my namor is already r4 , if i get emma then she will also be r4

These two are VERY different champs. Like any rank up question, it really depends on what you need in your roster and what kind of resources you have.

If you're looking for prestige, Namor is the clear choice.

Your sig stones will be important here. Namor's signature ability is really only reliable once he's at a VERY high sig level. Without that, he has very little utility. Without a signature ability, Namor has reasonable bleed with the potential to ramp up to high raw damage. Emma's signature ability is 100% defensive. You have full access to her offensive abilities and most of her utility even when unduped. In this case, if you're looking at 6* champs where sig stones are scarce, Emma is probably the better choice. If you're flush with stones, maybe Namor is the better option.

Namor can deal with a lot of passive damage nodes. He can reflect any reflected, active, or passive Damage over time. This makes him great for nodes like Starburst or Degeneration or abilities like Limbo, Soul Leech, Power Sting, or Bleed.

Emma is more utility-driven. She's immune to a lot in diamond form and cannot be evaded in Telepath form. This makes her a perfect counter to nodes like mesmerize, gassed, or spry as well as any evasion champs. She has reasonable power control and a taunt ability, he has a power sting and prowess and a very high crit rate. She doesn't rely on Damage over Time effects to deal damage.

Both are suicide-friendly, but for different reasons. Emma is immune to bleed an poison at the start of the fight, so she takes no damage from them. She also has a very strong L3 when her prowess is stacked up, so she has a great way to deal damage. Namor can redirect the damage from suicides to the enemy at max sig and he can heal with his special attacks, offsetting Recoil a bit.

They're both good, but very different. It all depends on your circumstances.
