Game laggs and gets slow

Well I’m again writing about same issue I wrote previously
At a point o really thought that there’s any problem in my phone IPhone XS Max so my game gets slow I contacted Apple Support they checked my hardware and software they did reset with ITunes and even after this issue occurs so I thought to get a new latest device
Just today I bought new device Samsung Galaxy s20+ and started playing I didn’t installed any other app then MCOC totally new device no memory problem or anything and heck same issue in Lybrinth of Legends fights my champ react too much slow or when I try to get hits on block my block didn’t worked then I played Variant fights it was same issue
I have contacted Kabam support team 100 of times about same issue but they could never help me out to solve my issue they mostly said maybe there’s any file corrupted in Installation now I downloaded MCOC from Google play store and it’s still same I have one of fastest network LTE 4G 100mb Internet I tried on my Mobile network and with WiFi but it’s same issue I have been facing this issue around 1 year sometimes game is totally unable to play especially when I’m fighting Bosses like Act 6 Bosses or Variant Bosses and I have to spend Units to complete fights last month I really spent a lot of real money to buy units but this month I controlled
After all this issue is from you Kabam and needs to solve I have done everything to solve this issue but still I’m not able to play smooth game
