First R5 5*?

Hello everyone,
I'm here asking for suggestions on who my first Rank 5 5* should be?
ÆGON (Awakened Sig 80)
Nick Fury (Awakened Sig 1)
Hyperion (Awakened Sig 50)
Human Torch (Unawakened)

Also, should I rank up any of these 5*'s?
Iceman (Unawakened R3)
Venom (Unawakened R3)
Quake(Unawakened R1, willing to learn how to use her)
SpiderGwen (Unawakened R1)

I have done Act 5 100%, completed Variant 4 and Variant 3, but I haven't begun Act 6.
I would like to go for Cavalier, who would be most useful at r5, and is it too early to think about LoL?

Aegon is probably the way to go, provided you can keep his combo up

Nick Fury. Does heaps of damage. I have an R5 one and almost complete paths in 6.1.1 with just him.
If he's in his furious state he'll kill guys before they get to SP3.
